Featured Case Studies

Selected work spanning brand storytelling, editorial strategy, launch campaigns, executive communications, and entertainment marketing.

From Pitch to Partnership

Some of the most important work I do never appears on a website or social feed. Behind major productions, partnerships, and business opportunities are the presentations, proposals, and narratives that help stakeholders align around a vision.

I collaborate with executives, sales teams, technical experts, and creative leaders to develop client-facing presentations, RFP responses, sales materials, and strategic messaging for opportunities spanning live entertainment, sports, corporate events, broadcast, experiential marketing, and emerging technologies.

My role often begins by translating complex technical capabilities into clear, audience-focused narratives. Whether supporting a global sporting event bid, helping position a new service offering, or developing executive presentations for prospective clients, I focus on building stories that connect business objectives with creative possibilities.

Areas of Contribution

  • Executive presentations

  • Sales enablement materials

  • RFP narrative development

Strategic Comms / 2016 - 2026

Shaping PRG’s Brand Voice

Over nearly a decade at PRG, I’ve helped shape the editorial voice of one of the world’s leading live entertainment and production technology companies. Working across touring, broadcast, sports, corporate events, and emerging entertainment platforms, I develop content that translates highly technical work into stories with cultural relevance and human impact.

My role extends beyond writing individual articles. I collaborate closely with executives, designers, production teams, and marketing leadership to create a more cohesive and recognizable brand narrative across editorial, social, thought leadership, PR, and campaign messaging. From global spectacles like the Super Bowl Halftime Show and Formula 1 Las Vegas to artist development stories and executive op-eds, the work requires balancing technical accuracy with storytelling that feels accessible, modern, and emotionally resonant.

The result is a more editorial-driven approach to brand marketing — one that positions PRG not only as a technology provider, but as a creative partner behind many of the world’s most visible live experiences.

Translating Expertise Into Human-Centered Narratives

I work closely with executives, creative leaders, and technical experts to transform complex industry knowledge into clear, engaging, and culturally relevant narratives. My experience spans executive communications, ghostwriting, editorial strategy, and thought leadership development across entertainment, live events, production technology, and experiential marketing.

Rather than approaching thought leadership as traditional corporate messaging, I focus on building narratives that feel informed, human, and forward-looking. Projects have included sustainability and touring innovation, the evolution of large-scale live experiences, emerging entertainment technologies, production infrastructure, and the growing intersection of entertainment, broadcast, and brand storytelling.

My process often involves conducting interviews with subject matter experts, identifying broader cultural or industry trends, shaping messaging frameworks, and developing long- and short-form content for trade publications, speaking opportunities, executive platforms, internal communications, social campaigns, and brand marketing initiatives.

The work sits at the intersection of editorial storytelling and strategic communications, helping leaders articulate not only what their companies do, but why their work matters within a rapidly evolving creative and technological landscape.
